Our Team

Our Team

While Good Life New England’s specialty is in the design and installation of custom cabinetry, our design services extend deeply into the home building and remodeling process. Along with the integration of cabinetry and millwork, we focus on the selection of counters, tile, plumbing and lighting fixtures, and other materials and design elements that blend to make each space as unique as our clients themselves.

Glenn Meader

Glenn, who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, discovered the joy of transforming space while renovating his first home. Prior to founding Good Life New England in 2013, Glenn spent 10 years working at an upscale design/build firm located on Boston's South Shore where he earned numerous national and regional design awards.  Glenn’s design specialties begin with space planning; thoughtfully sculpting the flow of each unique space to meet our clients’ goals for function as well as continuity with surrounding rooms.

Sarah Martin

From an early age Sarah began designing whether it be redecorating her room or making mock floor plans in the backyard.  After 10+ years as a high-tech product manager, Sarah took a handful of years off to be at home with her three young daughters.  During that time, she renovated a 1930’s colonial in Newton, relocated to the D.C. area and most recently, custom built her family’s current home in Norwell in which she led much of the design effort.  Sarah and her husband hired Good Life for the Norwell project where Glenn and Sarah enjoyed working together so well it turned into an opportunity for Sarah to continue her passion for design and joined the team in June 2017.  Sarah shares her eye for design and thoughtful use of space with clients by transforming their homes functionality while maintaining a sense of place.
